These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the 365bet platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any bets. By using 365bet you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to everything set out here.

No one under 18 years of age may register or bet on 365bet under any circumstances. We verify age during account registration and reserve the right to request additional proof at any time.
Each player may hold only one 365bet account. Duplicate accounts are not permitted and will be closed, with any balances subject to review. Use your real name and accurate personal details when registering.
365bet processes all deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied. Withdrawals go only to payment accounts verified in the same name as your 365bet account.
Any attempt to exploit errors, use automated betting software, manipulate markets or abuse bonus terms will result in account suspension and forfeiture of associated balances at 365bet.
Once a bet is confirmed on 365bet it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. Void bets are the exception — these are handled according to the specific voiding rules set out in Section 5 below.
Every 365bet account has access to deposit limits, loss limits, session reminders and self-exclusion. These tools are there for your benefit — use them. Details are in our Responsible Gaming section.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 365bet ("we", "us", "the Platform"). By creating an account on 365bet, depositing funds, placing a bet or otherwise using any feature of the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not register an account or use 365bet in any way. Your continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

To register and maintain an account on 365bet, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
365bet reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point. Account access may be restricted until satisfactory verification is completed. Verification typically requires a copy of a valid Pakistani national identity card (CNIC) and proof of the payment method used to deposit.
Age Verification: 365bet takes age verification seriously. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be immediately closed, all winnings will be forfeited, and deposits will be returned minus any amounts already wagered. We report suspected underage gambling to the relevant authorities.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your 365bet login credentials — your username, password and any two-factor authentication method linked to your account. 365bet will never ask you for your password by email, SMS or phone call.
365bet uses SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and our servers. However, we cannot guarantee security against all forms of unauthorised access and encourage all players to use the platform from trusted, secure devices and networks.
365bet processes all financial transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We support the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards issued by Pakistani banks.
Deposits: The minimum deposit amount on 365bet is Rs 100. Deposits via Easypaisa and JazzCash are credited instantly to your 365bet balance. Other methods may take up to one business day to process. 365bet does not charge a fee on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
Withdrawals: Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in the same name as your 365bet account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Processing times are as follows:
365bet reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing withdrawal requests, particularly for first-time withdrawals or large amounts. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined if account verification is incomplete or if the account is under investigation for a breach of these Terms.
Funds Security: 365bet holds player funds in accounts separate from operational funds, ensuring that your deposited balance is available for withdrawal regardless of the platform's operational finances.
The following rules apply to all bets placed on 365bet, across all sports, markets and game categories:
Bet Placement: A bet is confirmed only when you receive an explicit confirmation from 365bet — a bet reference number and a confirmation on-screen or via notification. Bets that are placed but not confirmed due to a technical error, network failure or odds suspension are not valid bets and will not be settled.
Minimum and Maximum Stakes: The minimum single bet stake on 365bet is Rs 100. Maximum stakes vary by market and event and are displayed at the time of bet placement. 365bet reserves the right to adjust maximum stake limits for individual accounts at any time, particularly where unusual betting patterns are detected.
Odds Changes: Odds on 365bet may change between the time you begin placing a bet and the time you confirm it. If odds change during the placement process, you will be shown the updated odds before confirming. Accepting the updated odds constitutes a new bet placement at those odds.
Voiding: A bet may be voided by 365bet in the following circumstances:
When a bet is voided, the stake is returned to the player's 365bet balance in full. Winnings are not paid on voided bets.
In-Play Betting: In-play bets on 365bet are subject to a brief acceptance delay to account for live event processing. Bets placed after an outcome has already been determined but before the platform has updated (due to data feed delay) may be voided at 365bet's discretion.
Palpable Errors: 365bet reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were clearly incorrect due to a system error or human input error — even after settlement. We will always return the stake in such cases.
365bet offers bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to their own specific terms and conditions, which are communicated at the time the promotion is offered. The following general rules apply to all 365bet bonus offers:
365bet reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time. Notification of significant changes will be provided to affected players through their registered email address.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on 365bet and will result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture and may be reported to relevant authorities:
Match Fixing: 365bet takes sports integrity very seriously. If we have reasonable grounds to suspect a bet is connected to match fixing or corrupt activity, we will withhold payment and report the matter to the relevant sporting body and law enforcement authorities, regardless of the amount involved.

You may access and use the 365bet platform for your personal, non-commercial betting activities only. Any commercial use of 365bet content or data — including scraping odds data, republishing content or building derivative products — is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
365bet is provided on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the platform operates without interruption, we cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures and events outside our control may cause temporary unavailability.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 365bet's total liability to any player for any claim arising from the use of the platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the relevant incident. 365bet is not liable for:
Closure by the Player: You may close your 365bet account at any time by contacting our support team at support@365bet-win.net. Any remaining verified balance will be returned to your registered payment method within the standard withdrawal processing timeframe. Bonuses that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.
Closure by 365bet: We reserve the right to close, suspend or restrict any account at any time if we have reasonable grounds to believe that:
When an account is closed by 365bet for a Terms breach, any balance associated with the breach may be withheld pending investigation. Legitimate balances unconnected to the breach will be returned.
365bet may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in platform features, payment options, legal requirements or operational policies. When significant changes are made, we will notify registered players via their registered email address at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
Continued use of 365bet after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you should close your account before the amendment takes effect.
The date at the top of this page always reflects when these Terms were last updated. We recommend reviewing this page periodically, particularly at the start of major betting seasons such as PSL.
These Terms and Conditions and any dispute arising from your use of 365bet shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which 365bet is licensed and operated. By using 365bet you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts for the resolution of any disputes that cannot be resolved through our customer support process.
